  • How do I place an order?
    When your ready to order, you should fill out the contact sheet and a partner will connect with you to understand all of your specifications to ensure order accuracy. Once all information is sorted out, an invoice will be sent and upon payment, the order will be started.
  • How long does it take to recieve my order?
    It depends.
  • What are some of the possible customizations?
    Customizations range from choosing your product material, adding a logo, using your own design, or more. Your Metrolight Solutions partner will give you all the options for your order so it will turn out exactly how you imagine.
  • Are there custom products that I can order?
    We have more products than what is displayed on the website. If you are looking for something that you don't see, contact us with the contact form and we will get back to you ASAP and share with you the options. We have much more than you can imagine.
  • Do you sell team apparel for sports teams?
    Yes. We sell jerseys, footwear, warmups, and more.
  • What are ways to save money on orders?
    Order prices decrease as you purchase more. The larger the order, the smaller the cost per unit.
  • Are there specific file formats needed for certain customized orders?
    Yes. When you send a logo, the file needs to be in a ... format.
  • Can I order products without any customization? i.e. Just the blank product?
    I don't know. Probably!
